At CuddleHub, we want your furry friend to arrive as quickly and safely as possible. Here's everything you need to know about our shipping process.
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day. You will receive an email confirmation with your tracking details once your order has been dispatched.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your order in real time on our website or through the carrier's tracking page. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after dispatch.
Shipping Delays
While we do our best to meet all estimated delivery times, occasional delays may occur due to high order volumes, weather conditions, or carrier disruptions. CuddleHub is not responsible for delays caused by third-party carriers or customs clearance processes for international orders.
Wrong Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. CuddleHub is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrectly provided address. If you notice an error after placing your order, contact us immediately at support@cuddlehub.ai and we will do our best to make corrections before dispatch.
Lost or Damaged Orders
If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive within the estimated timeframe, please contact our support team at support@cuddlehub.ai within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will investigate and resolve the issue as quickly as possible, including offering a replacement or refund where applicable.
