  • the purchase, ownership, and use of toys including AI toys and any related software, applications, firmware, content or services (together, the “Products”).

By accessing the Website or purchasing or using a Product, you accept these T&Cs without reservation.

If you do not agree, you must not use the Website or Products.

3. ELIGIBILITY – PARENTAL RESPONSIBILITY

3.1 Age Requirements

  • The Website is intended for adults.
  • Products intended for children must only be purchased, configured and supervised by a parent or legal guardian.

3.2 Full Responsibility of Adults

By purchasing or allowing a child to use a Product, you acknowledge and accept full responsibility for:

  • supervising all interactions;
  • configuring filters and controls;
  • determining suitability for your child; and
  • monitoring usage at all times.

4. PRODUCT DESCRIPTION – IMPORTANT DISCLAIMERS

4.1 No Professional Advice

CuddleHub Products:

  • are toys with AI-assisted conversational features;
  • do not provide medical, psychological, therapeutic, educational, legal or professional advice.

All responses are informational or entertainment-based only.

4.2 AI Limitations

You expressly acknowledge that:

  • AI responses may be incorrect, incomplete, inappropriate, fictional or misleading;
  • content is generated automatically;
  • the Company does not control each individual response.

You must not rely on any AI response as accurate or authoritative.

5. ACCEPTABLE USE

You agree not to:

  • use the Products for illegal, harmful, abusive or offensive purposes;
  • attempt to reverse-engineer, manipulate or bypass safeguards or filters;
  • use the Products to replace parental supervision or professional services;
  • upload or introduce unlawful or harmful data or content.

CuddleHub may suspend or restrict access at its sole discretion.

6. NO WARRANTY – “AS IS” BASIS

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • Products are provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE”;
  • No warranty is given that the Products are:
    • error-free;
    • uninterrupted;
    • perfectly accurate;
    • suitable for a specific child or purpose.

All express and implied warranties (including merchantability, fitness for purpose and non-infringement) are expressly disclaimed.

7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

7.1 General Limitation

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for any:

  • indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages;
  • emotional distress;
  • loss of data, profit, reputation or opportunity;
  • reliance on AI-generated responses;

7.2 Cap on Liability

If liability cannot be excluded, CuddleHub’s total aggregate liability shall not exceed

half of the purchase price paid for the Product giving rise to the claim.

8. PRODUCT SAFETY DISCLAIMER

CuddleHub:

  • complies with reasonable toy safety standards applicable at the time of sale;
  • does not guarantee universal regulatory compliance in every foreign jurisdiction.

Buyers outside the UAE are solely responsible for:

  • import regulations;
  • customs clearance;
  • local compliance;
  • local usage restrictions.

9. SOFTWARE, UPDATES & MODIFICATIONS

The Product may include software features subject to:

  • updates;
  • feature removal;
  • modification or discontinuation;
  • temporary interruptions.

CuddleHub reserves the right to update or discontinue features without liability.

10. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All:

  • designs;
  • software;
  • voices;
  • content;
  • trademarks;
  • logos

are the exclusive property of CuddleHub or its licensors.

No license is granted except for personal, non-commercial use of the Product.

11. DATA & PRIVACY

Personal data is handled in accordance with:

  • applicable UAE data protection laws; and
  • our Privacy Policy (available on the Website).

CuddleHub does not guarantee absolute data security.

12. EXPORT & SANCTIONS COMPLIANCE

You represent that:

  • you are not subject to international sanctions;
  • the Products will not be used in violation of export control or sanctions laws.

CuddleHub reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders for compliance reasons.

13. TERMINATION

CuddleHub may:

  • suspend access;
  • terminate accounts; or
  • restrict usage

without notice in case of breach or legal risk.

14. GOVERNING LAW & JURISDICTION

These T&Cs are governed by English laws.

Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of DIFC.

CuddleHub reserves the right to initiate proceedings in any competent jurisdiction.

15. SEVERABILITY

If any provision is held invalid, the remaining provisions remain fully enforceable.

16. CHANGES TO TERMS

CuddleHub may amend these T&Cs at any time.
Continued use constitutes acceptance.
